We inform you that for the purposes related to the provision of the services of citroglobe.it and citroglobe.com and the forwarding of information and contact requests related to specific real estate listings (hereinafter jointly defined "Services") CitroGlobe Srl, based in Palermo, processes the data you provide, or otherwise acquired when performing the Services.

The processing of data takes place with procedures that protect the confidentiality of the User and consists in their collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same, including the combination of two or more of the aforementioned activities, as follows:

a) The processing of data for the purposes connected, instrumental and necessary to the provision of the Services will take place mainly with automated and computerized methods, always in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security provided by law and only occasionally by the persons in charge of CitroGlobe Srl assigned to the functions involved from time to time.

b) Upon express and specific consent of the User, CitroGlobe Srl may also process the data to send information, material and commercial offers, also of companies with which from time to time develops commercial partnership agreements and/ or initiatives, campaigns and joint projects.

The provision of consent to the processing of personal data by the User is mandatory for the processing referred to in paragraph a) above and optional for the processing referred to in paragraph b above). Therefore, in case of refusal of consent to the processing of personal data referred to in the aforementioned letter a), CitroGlobe Srl will not be able to provide the Services, while, in case of failure to consent to the processing of personal data referred to in letter b), the processing will be limited to the activities referred to in the aforementioned letter a), that is to the full execution of the obligations arising from the provision of the Services, as well as to the fulfilment of any related obligation provided by laws, regulations and Community legislation.

The data will be stored at the offices of CitroGlobe Srl; in order to ensure the storage, back-up and recovery of the data provided, the same may be transferred outside the European Union or to third parties involved by CitroGlobe Srl as data processors. CitroGlobe Srl has adopted rules and procedures (in compliance with European Union directives) to ensure the security of the data collected and the processing of the same and has verified the security procedures adopted by the third parties involved as data controllers. By signing this form, you also consent to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Union in accordance with this paragraph.

We also inform you that, pursuant to art. 7 of D. Lgs. June 30, 2003, n. 196, the User has the right to oppose, in whole or in part, the processing, for legitimate reasons and in any case in case of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication, and may, according to the methods and within the limits provided for by current legislation, request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, and know the origin, receive intelligible communication, have information about the logic, the methods and purposes of the processing, request its updating, rectification, integration, request deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of law, including those no longer necessary for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected, and, more generally, exercise all the rights that are recognized by the current provisions of law.
